Therefore, university graduates must be able to adapt, be disciplined, and be result-oriented.

He also emphasized the importance of organizational foundations that include vision, mission, core values (core values), and code of ethics (code of ethics) as guidelines for professional behavior. For example, the LDC Code of Conduct, which includes principles such as anti-corruption, anti-bribery, data protection, non-discrimination, equality, occupational safety and health, as well as responsibility towards the environment.

In addition to providing an overview of the concept of work ethics, he also shared tips for becoming a young professional through three main steps: understanding personal passion, adding value (value) to work, and being proactive. In terms of career preparation, he emphasized the importance of creating a neat and relevant CV, as well as preparing oneself to face job interviews politely and confidently.

The discussion session was interactive. Students presented a case study about an ethics dilemma at the workplace, such as how to deal with orders from superiors that conflict with professional ethics. Students also asked how to create an attractive CV, maintain a balance between work and private life, as well as strategies for building good teamwork at the company.

In addition, there were questions directed to Mrs. Agna Talitha as an academician, regarding the attitudes and ethics of students in the guidance process, especially related to communication and polite manners when interacting with the supervising lecturer.

This Studium Generale activity provided broad insight into the importance of ethics and integrity in building a professional career. Through this activity, students are expected not only to be academically ready, but also to have an ethical, responsible character and be able to adapt in the working world.
