Assistant recruitment is now open for the following courses:

1. Food Chemistry and Biochemistry
2. Food Materials Knowledge

General Requirements:

• Grade in the Food Materials Knowledge or Food Chemistry course and practicum of at least B with a GPA >= 2.75
• Able to supervise at least 1 or more practicum groups every week in full (3 hours per week)

3. Self-profile video, as well as:
   1. a practical demonstration video of one of the modules for Food Materials Knowledge, and
   2. a module explanation video for Food Chemistry and Biochemistry
