On Tuesday, March 28, 2023, the announcement of the National Selection Based on Achievements (SNBP) was made. Participants of SNBP felt anxious and worried when opening the announcement results. Many felt happy because they were accepted at the university they chose, and many also felt sad when reading the announcement due to failing to enter the desired university through this SNBP pathway, but this is not the final step in the struggle to enter the university because there are still the National Selection Standard Test (SNBT) selection pathway and the Independent pathway.
In the National Selection Based on Achievements (SNBP), there were 7,832 people who registered at the Institut Teknologi Sumatera by choosing 30 Study Programs at ITERA. When the selection process took place, when the announcement arrived, there were 2,005 people who passed SNBP. One of the Study Programs at ITERA is Food Technology, which received 63 new student candidates through this SNBP pathway to carry out several stages, namely
1. filling out the Undergraduate Student Data (DIM) via the website dim.itera.ac.id,
2. login with username: SNBP registration number, password: date of birth
3. complete the data available in the DIM menu
4. check the completeness of all data
For the DIM filling schedule, there are two sessions, namely March 29 – April 7, 2023 for KIP-K pathway students, March 29 – April 10, 2023 for the regular/Non-KIP-K pathway, at 3:00 p.m. WIB.
New student candidates can log in using the registration number username (numbers only). If there is an error, add the number 1 at the end of the registration number. Example: initial registration number 123123123456 becomes 1231231234561.
Then, enter the date of birth password respectively. Format: Year-Month-Date, e.g.: 2000-12-31.
DIM access will be closed after that time ends.
It is hoped that Students can complete the DIM filling before the end of the DIM filling time. Please note, students whose status has not been validated until the end of the DIM filling closing, are considered to approve to receive the highest UKT. (DNA/LP)
