Lampung – The academic community of the Food Technology Study Program at Sumatra Institute of Technology held a joint iftar on Monday (20/4) in room D104, Building D, ITERA. The event aimed to foster fellowship among the entire academic community, especially lecturers and students.
During the event, the secretary of the Food Technology study program, Vita Fitriani, S.TP., M.Sc., emphasized the importance of fellowship in strengthening familial ties within the Food Technology study program. She also emphasized preparations for welcoming the new students arriving in August 2019. “We hope that the second cohort arriving next semester will be embraced by this first cohort, so that each can build closeness and avoid seniority practices.”
On this occasion, academic advising sessions were also held between students and their respective academic advisors. The advising was conducted to prepare students to evaluate this semester’s learning and to approach the next semester. (HAP)
