The Food Technology Study Program of the Sumatra Institute of Technology (PSTP ITERA) visited the Department of Food and Agricultural Product Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Gadjah Mada University (TPHP UGM) Yogyakarta, on 26 October 2022. The activity also served as a discussion on the implementation of academic activities and the curriculum, especially in Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities.
The PSTP ITERA delegation, consisting of Amalia Wahyuningtyas, S.Si., M.Sc., Syahrizal Nasution, S.Pt., M.Si, Zada Agna Talitha, S.T.P., M.Si, Dea Tio Mareta, S.T.P., M.Sc., and Isnaini Rahmadi, S.TP., M.Si, was warmly received by Prof. Dr. Ir. Tyas Utami, M.Sc., Head of the Study Program, and Dr. Dwi Larasatie Nur Fibri, S.T.P., M.Sc, Secretary of the TPHP UGM Study Program.
In the activity, TPHP UGM presented the study program profile along with several presentations related to MBKM, including the preparation and implementation of MBKM in the TPHP Study Program. The activity, attended by the young lecturers of PSTP ITERA, is expected to serve as a reference in developing PSTP ITERA in the future into a study program that can produce quality graduates in accordance with the expected graduate profile.
