Syllabus
Mata kuliah ini mempelajari cara menetapkan peralatan yang terlibat dalam proses produksi pangan dan menentukan/menaksir keseluruhan biaya peralatan dan biaya produksi yang diperlukan untuk menghasilkan sejumlah tertentu produk /bahan pangan dan kajian aliran (cash flow) yang diharapkan dari penjualan produk tersebut. Dalam Mata kuliah ini juga belajar mengenai perhitungan ekonomi pabrik, terutama dalam modal dan kelayakan desain pabrik pangan.
